Do hard-top convertibles leak?

Some do and some don't. It really depends on the age and conditon of the seals. If the seals are kept pliable and not damaged they won't leak.

Most of the time no , however i have seen some leak. most of the time it was due to inproper closing of the roof, or repair shops fixing accident damage and never ajusting the roof back. to factory specs.I had a pontiac roof leak due to a pinched gasket at the door top .

Hard top convertibles shouldn't leak however, like everything else leaks can happen. But as far as do they leak no they do not. As long as your seals and whatever else they have to keep water out aren't cracked or torn. No water should be able to enter the car under any circumstance.

hard top convertibles don't leak because all the pieces come together perfect. they are better than soft tops convertibles because they can rip.
