Do children lose all of their molar teeth?

They lose everything but their 6 years molars, and their 12 year molars both of those are intended to be part of their adult teeth.

Children usually have 8 molars, which are lost and replaced by the 8 premolars of adult dentition. If a child in their teens still has not lost some of their deciduous (baby) molars, it may be because there is no permanent tooth under them. X-rays will tell you more.

Yes and no. A child has 8 baby molars - 2 in each quadrant. These erupt before age three and fall out at around 10-13. Another molar erupts around age 6 and this is a permanent tooth. No tooth exfoliates to let it through so is often mistaken for deciduous.
