No. Though the pattern they have in common is it is tropical theme. Most put flowers somewhere, but you can have tropical fish or other animals, bright colors, and our made of a soft fabric. There are many retailers online that sell Hawaiian shirts for pretty cheap too and are quite stylish.

No, there are many different types of Hawaiin shirts. Some have sunsets, and most have flowers. There are different patterns on all of them. Some are striped, and some aren't. They are definately not all the same.
