Although many measures are taken to prevent the impregnation of actresses in adult films, of course there is not a surefire way to completely destroy the possibility of conceiving a child, as the sexual acts depicted are real. Drugs, spermicides and trick photography may all be used to curtail the problem, but it certainly exists.

Adult film actresses typically sign agreements that the studio they work for cannot be held financially responsible in the event of pregnancy. Women working in the industry are there to make money so they use reliable birth control. An obviously pregnant actress isn't going to be offered many movie roles.

Usually everyone's really careful. Everyone is checked for STD's. The Men usually wear Condoms and the Women are usually on the Pill. However, sometimes it has been known to happen. Women have gotten pregnant who work in the adult film industry.
