Yes, one can feel indigestion and have a heart attack since chest pain is not always present in a heart attack. The patient should be taken to the ER if a heart attack is suspected.

Indigestion doesn't seem to be related to a heart attack. Heart attacks have symptoms that may appear to be like indigestion such as bloating, nausea, or belching. Unlike indigestion, a patient may also present with a sick, aching feeling in the high middle portion of the abdomen.

May be. It will not be the only reason. Human body will ask for the next intake by hunger; it will avoid heart attack.
