                                                          It is unlikely that this is the case, but any tongue, face muscle, or jaw irregularities could result in slight dislocations. The joint of the jaw, however, requires a significant amount of force to dislocate, so the most that an overbite could do is probably aggravate a dislocated or painful jaw.
