No you cannot watch TV on a wrist watch. Even if you could the picture would obviously be really small.

Television has not yet hit the level of technology where you can watch it on a wristwatch. This is likely a gimmick. Some video footage can be watched on cellular phones, and that is about as small as the technology has gotten.

No, of course you can't watch TV on a wrist watch. The screen will be too small and there is no way that the quality will be good enought with the high resolution.
