Can you watch Netflix streaming video from Europe?

I think I can't watch Netflix in Europe. In Europe they have their own services. Netflix only rent region 1 DVDs. So it is limited to US ISPs. I collect this information from my own knowledge.

I love watching Netflix and when I am outside the states I use usa vpn service vpn-account to watch videos on Netflix. It works fine.

you can see it by using tor stall firefox browser and add tor button and then install tor software to access the video remember to enable flash before watching
