Can you use medicated Vaseline on all the same things as the non-medicated version?

Medicated vaseline should not be used on broken skin. Non-medicated vaseline is best used for lubricating protection of the skin.

I would think that you could not use it to treat the syes. Unlike non medicated it would probably be painful if you got it in your eyes. The same thing for your mouth.
