In what capacity? Do you mean like people sharing through your network or in general? If it's in your network you will probably want to look into packet sniffing software.

brother what you actually wants ? catching file sharers is not that simple and you can't catch them its a most difficult thing in world piracy is everywhere now

While this is hard to do, you can make an attempt to catch file sharers by locating their IP addresses and using a program such as tracert to do a lookup on them. Bear in mind however that some file sharers that are illegally transferring files may opt to use a proxy, this makes it almost impossible to locate them.

That's not something that any person can do. Usually when the authorities track people down, they use their IP address, which they can get with a subpoena from a person's ISP.

Are people using your wireless internet connection to download illigal files? You could do a search for a program to log IP addresses on your network to see what is happening. Then you could trace back the IP addresses to find out who the people are.
