Yes these can still be purchased through mass computer retailers. However floppy disks are very unpractical and unreliable as their storage capacity is too small for most modern files used, such as Word documents and music MP3s. Not only do they store more, but they are considerably less to buy as they are consumed more.

You can still order them online from some stores, however most are old and the magnetic properties of the disk may be diminished. The disk itself is prone to lose data over time whereas CD's or DVD's are etched into a metal film by a laser and is a much more reliable upgrade for your computer.
