Personally, no. There was a girl who was apparently into me in high school, and I had no clue. None. I didn't even know she existed. Outside of using your normal senses, there is not a good way to find out. Are they looking at you? Talking to you? Making an effort to be by you?
You will be able to tell if someone is attracted to you. You will pick up on subtle little clues. They will probably be looking you directly in the eyes. They will be flirting with you and probably smiling A LOT. Your conversations will flow nice and easily and you will probably have no trouble finding what to say next.

You've indicated the extroverts behaviour. As for the introverts, when in the same room with others, they will try to sneak peaks at you, they'll be nervous when they speak and as for body language they will mindlessly lean their body towards you. add a comment
Actually, no. Most people are completely oblivious. That's why we all have to find ways indicate interest, while at the same time avoiding seeming needy or desperate or dangerous or scary or annoying. It's tricky.
