Can you propagate azaleas from cuttings?

The only thing you really need to do is make sure you are putting them in a pot that is big enough to let them spread out and continue to grow. There are some great sites on the web about these.

Yes. Place cuttings in flat planter that drains well. Fill with 4 inches mixture of peat moss and vermiculite. Place in shaded greenhouse or window sill out of direct sunlight.

There is no easy way to accomplish this without being either a trained or skill botanist. There are so many different varieties of this plant type there is no Generic-Way.
