You can open a store that sells all of it's products for one dollar each, but you cannot call it Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree is a national company and you would need to purchase a franchise in order to call it Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree Stores do not offer franchising opportunities, all their stores are operated from their corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, VA.
