What would it be called? A Morkie?

A Maltese and a Yorkie can be mixed and most usually would be called a Morkie, although Malkie or Yorktese is an acceptable name as well. They are normally the size of a Maltese and have a mixture of both breeds' colors.

No they are both dominant breeds and they will not make good puppies they will be agressive and snotty no matter how nice you are to them.
