With this position, you get paid, by Youtube, to produce your videos. For example, Youtube-ers, such as NigaHiga and ShaneDawsonTV are partners, and get paid to make videos.

It is possible to make money on Youtube. My son watches videos by one young man who earns several hundred dollars per month from his videos on Nerf guns.

It is possible, but unlikely that you will have much success. The people who make money either market a special talent or their videos go viral.
