Can you help me troubleshoot Windows if my work group is not showing?

It is possible that you have not joined the workgroup to do this right click on my computer and go to properties. under the computer name tab there should be a button called network ID or Change computer name. Click that and you can also change the workgroup.

If your workgroup is no longer showing, there is a problem with your network connection. You should contact the administrator of your network for support.

Make sure your network is up and running. Verify each PC has the correct workgroup password entered. Make sure network discovery is enabled.

Windows doesn't show the work group if your computer is in a different one, and sometimes due to restrictions laid on the computer or the workgroup. A workgroup is simply a group of computers that share a name and work together. There is no reason why you can't be helped with computer problems.
