Yeah it works great and the quality is superb. I especially like the graphics ability. It's worth the money for sure.

This recorder works very well. It was easy to assemble and operate. I was able to transfer several home movies to dvd with no problem at all.

Sharp DVD recorders have average features (most of them you will find with all other brands), and for that reason, their biggest strength is ease of use. Another good point is good value for money. LCD displays tend to be very dim. You can find at the back side all necessary inputs and outputs.

Depending on what model you are looking in to. It all depends on all the models. Sharp is usually really good with there recorders and some of them are giving you picture in up to 1080p.
