No, you can not get lice from mice in the house. Mice can carry bacteria and other pests like fleas. Additionally, their feces and urine can contaminate your house, leaving young children open for exposure to a variety of diseases. They also tend to destroy wood, wiring, and a variety of furniture.

Yes you can get lice from the mice in the house.Since mice likes dirty places and feeds on food and left overs and taking the house as a comfort zone to settle mice, tend to run around and by so doing one can get lice from the mice if the mice have lice.
