Can you explain restrictions in Algebra two and how you graph them?

The restrictions are in x with the domain in fuctions with fractions where the denominator is zero, in the case of radicals where it cannot be negative, it has to be greater or equal to zero, and in the range thats dependant of x and graph the points where there´s solution and separated by asymptote where there´s no solution.
