Can you drink your own urine in an emergency?

It's possible but not advised. This is because although urine is composed mostly of water (roughly 95%) and so drinking it can rehydrate you, the other 5% is a mixture of waste products, such as nitrogen. Continuous drinking of your urine will cause these harmful chemicals to build up in your kidney and may leady to possible kidney failure.

Yes you can. It is harmless unless you have some type of infection. It is advisable to use only in emergency.

No you cannot. Your urine is full of salts that will dehydrate you even worse. You'll be worse off than you were before. The only thing urine is good for in an emergency is keeping things warm or keeping things from freezing, as some soldiers did in Vietnam. This is only a short-term fix.
