I believe that music downloading of any kind is against the law. You can purchase various compact discs or even download off of itunes a lot of different instrumental music.

Yes, you sure can download instrumental music.There isn't any law against it.You can find them on various places like websites,iTunes etc...Some music have good instrumental music which sounds really good and are worth buying and listening several times.So its good to have instrumentals to listen to sometimes and swing your mood.
