Can you design websites with Microsoft Publisher?

Websites can be designed with any software capable of saving files as simple text, however for ease of design it is important to save files in HTML format (web page format) which Microsoft Publisher can do. That is not to say it is easy to design sites with it at all and it is not advised.

Microsoft Publisher cannot be used to design and code websites. Publisher is designed to be an entry level desktop publishing application. The most recent release is Microsoft Publisher 2010 for Windows.

No, I have not been successful in my attempts to design websites using microsoft publisher, although I am sure an experienced computer expert would have more success than I, and could possibly create very high quality websites, although personally, I do not believe Publisher is supposed to be used in this way, and that Microsoft Frontpage would be better.

No I cannot design websites with Microsoft Publisher. I do not have lots of knowledge regarding this subject and would not be able to perform minimal tasks.
