Can you copy games for different video game systems?

Yes. Hackers always find ways to copy games. Most older systems can be modded to allow illegal pirating. The PS3 and XBOX 360 can both be hacked as well. Note: It is illegal to pirate games, and it can get you kicked off of xbox live. I don't recommend it.

Theoretically, it is possible, but it would take licensing fees to allow it on the console and programmers to program the software for the console itself. It is not advisable to copy games, nor are they easily 'ported' over to another console.

You can not copy games from one console to another. The reason is the programming language. Each company has its own hardware and programming. Probably to keep up in competition.

Most of the time, it's considered piracy and therefore illegal. However, the Playstation Network allows you to download games to your PSP as well as your PS3.
