Can you cook with fresh wheatgrass?

Or does it need to be treated somehow?

Fresh wheatgrass should be stored in the fridge and can even be frozen for later use. It may be easiest to reduce the wheatgrass to juice form before using it for cooking. The nutrient filled juice can then be added to any sauce, soup, stew or similar meal.

Fresh wheatgrass can be cooked or even consumed raw. Of course, all produce should be washed to remove dirt and debris. Wheatgrass can be juiced and consumed in the liquid form for a kick of nutrients and also gently sauteed and enjoyed as a garnish with sauteed or grilled chicken.
