Can you connect an mp3 player to a PS2?

You can connect an mp3 player to a ps2, but however the only thing you can do with it is charge it. It will not work to actually play the music.

Though a PS2 has a USB port, it has no MP3 decoder built in so no, it wont work. You can however, connect an mp3 player to a PS3.

You can plug it up if it has the ports however it will not b able to recognize it. The most it might do is charge it.

Only charge it, yeah i wanted to play music in games too. But now I have an Xbox 360 Jasper! :d

You cannot play your MP3 player through your PS2. You should be able to charge the player since the PS2 has a USB port. Action Replay is a cheats software disk that may allow you to use their software to play music?
