Peony plants can be purchased at most garden centres. They are tough, long-lived perennials that bloom in the spring and require little care once they are established. If you are looking for cut flowers, you can probably order them from a specialty florist.

Yes, you can buy peonies at a good florist, but often they are only available in season. Peony season is May through early July for most of the United States.
