The ones I find start January 1.

Unfortunately they all begin January 1st. Once February comes though, most Page-A-Days are 50% off. You could tear off the days that have passed, and start on the current day.

Most calenders will start on January 1st. You can buy one of those, and just start from the day you want. Or you can have one custom made for you.

No, you cannot. These calendars start on the first of the year. Best thing to do is rip off the extra days you don't need.
