Can you add auto start to any car?

Auto start wouldn't be able to be added to an electrical car or bio friendly car's for that matter. But generally to any car that has a carburettor. It's just a flammable gas that gives the engine that extra explosion to start it. Not recommended !

you can buy a after market remote start and add it to any automatic transmission car. It is not reccommended for manual transmissions

Well most remote start kits can be adapted by a professional to make pretty much any car have this feature. Newer cars may be more difficult to install it on but is possible.

It is possible to add these to most models; however, certain older models (those made before 1990) may be more difficult or even impossible to install an auto start in.
