If some part of the fetal tissue is saved then it can be used for testing otherwisw there is no other way to perform the test

Depending on how recent the abortion was, they can do a DNA test. If a sample or part of the fetus was kept then yes. if not, then it is not possible.

Yes, labs can still do a DNA test after an abortion. DNA can be extracted from live or dead tissue.

It would not be part of the abortion procedure. But if you want one done, you can ask. They would likely take a DNA sample and send to a lab for processing. The cost would be additional.
