Yes. While it is not very likely for sperm to go through underwear, sperm are very strong swimmers, and it can happen. Chances of pregnancy are slim in this case, but not impossible. If you do not want to get pregnant, either use a condom for all sexual contact (even with underwear on) or abstain altogether.

Yes, it can. The chances are slim to none however. While the sperm can go through the underwear it still has to make it into the vagina, which is a slimmer possibility.

Unless someone is bathing in a pool of fresh sperm it's unlikely. Sperm usually die when their on the exterior of the vulva so if underwear gets stained no worries.

Sperm can go through underwear. If you are ovulating when sperm got on your underwear, it is likely that you can get pregnant.
