It is very possible for these mosquito bites spread if you get them infected with your nails and put proper medication on them and don't infect them with your nails.
No i do not think they can your bite just stays where ever you got bit at, you need to go to a doctor and see if yours is or not it could be bad for your health if you dont do something about it so go asap and see whats wrong.
