Lyme's disease is listed as one of the diseases associated with cerebral vasculitis. ANCA is part of a group of antibodies that is associated with different diseases but commonly with systemic vasculitis including cerebral. However, it is not known if one occurs because of the other. So far, this is a mere association.

It is not know if lyme disease can cause ANCA Vasculitis, although it could certainly be a trigger as lyme disease causes an allergic reation in the body.

Lyme disease is on the list of those diseases associated with vasculitis, however, there is really no firm data on the two being directly associated. The jury is still out as to the vasculitis being causes by the Lyme, research indicates it is possible, so it remains on the list.

Though it should not be said it's impossible, it's highly highly unlikely. The only currently plausible way I can think of is if the disease causes an autoimmune hyperreaction.
