You can actually ingest very, very diluted peroxide, the human body actually produces very small amounts because it does kill new cells (cancer/bacteria/). White hair is from the body's production if peroxide. Just don't use a high concentrate and don't use it often. Everything in moderation!

Yes you can. A mixture of baking soda and peroxide works the best, and you can also use diluted peroxide to rinse your mouth out (like mouthwash)

I use peroxide about every other day, when I rinse at night. I wouldn't think there would be no problems as long as you don't swallow.

You can safely use peroxide as a mouth wash, the instructions are on the bottle, so using it to whiten, pref. mixed with baking soda is harmless as long as too much is not swallowed, but in my experience, baking soda and toothpaste work best!

Bottled peroxide is not strong enough to remove significant stains. Plus, it could bleach your gums and tongue. Do not ingest ANY bottled peroxide under any circumstances.

Peroxide is pretty toxic. Peroxide when poured on open wounds kills bacteria and cells! Although dentists use a very small portion of it to clean your teeth, I would not go pouring peroxide on my teeth.
