Yes, bleach can kill mold, but it will also change the color of your bag, and the bag may not change color evenly, so if you care how it looks you might not want to use bleach on it. If you do decide to use bleach, wash the bag with bleach and dry it well.

Bleach would be your best option. It will kill anything that is growing on the bag. Soak it in bleach first then wash it.

The better advice to get rid of mold on the canvas swimming bag would be to mold the said bag from the reverse side and then ironing it.

Yes you can use bleach to kill mold. However it may stain or damage the material. Try it on a small spot before doing it to the whole thing.
