Yes, cider vinegar can bring down the infection by killing it off and thus reduce the swelling. You might have to bring the cyst to head by placing hot cloths over it or soaking it in warm water and pressing light pressure on it. If pus comes out clean if off, the soak in apple cider vinegar.

I don't think apple cider vinegar has properties that would help a cyst. It would depend on what kind of cyst it is. You could use a dilution of acetic acid and sterile water to get rid of a cyst that is like a wart. I would consult a podiatrist before I did anything to my foot.

Well there are two ways that you can do this. One way is to apply the vinegar over the toe. The other way is you can dissolve the vinegar into a glass of water and drink it.

Yes you can treat the cyst with apple cider vinegar. Spread the drops of vinegar on to the areas of infection.

You'll end up spending way more money over the years buying vinegar to treat a toe cyst than if you'd just go to the doctor and let them take care of it. In the end, apple cider vinegar is just going to make your feet reek and it isn't going to do jack taco for your cyst.

You can not use apple cider to treat a cyst. It wont really do anything. You could try using acetic acid to treat a cyst depending on what kind of cyst it is.
