No you can't. The toast will be too dry and cause your microwave to smoke. You can put an already cooked and buttered croissant in there for 10 sec. reheat.
Put bread in the microwave to make toast! I would start with 2 minutes as a cooking time. The toast will become crisp and slightly brown at that point.
