Yes, specific foods can cause headaches, though it is often a personal reaction to the food. If you are allergic to the food, a headache may be a symptom, or one of several symptoms. Pay attention to the foods you are eating the day of the headaches, try dropping specific foods if you are suspicious.

Absolutely. Anything off about food or an upset stomach can cause headaches. The stomach and the brain are directly linked by the vagal nerve, and when aggravated, this nerve can do many unpleasant things, even causing black outs when extremely agitated.

Yes, it can. This kind of nausea makes you dizzy because your stomach is not agreeing with the food. Dizziness can definitely make you have a headache.

Headache and nausea from food often go together, and can be caused by food allergies, or sensitivies. You can investigate a sensitivity to a particuliar food by eating it separately.

Any kind of nausea can cause not only headaches but also migranes. And if the food is not in it's best conditions, causing food poisoning, a headache is garanteed for sure. This is because you body and you brain rejects the food in question, causing you to get those awful headaches.
