A seed cannot give you warts. Warts are caused by the HPV, the Human Papillomavirus. There is no known cure for warts and prevention is the best medicine. If you now of someone who has warts, avoid skin contact and don't share towels. There are treatments that you can get to avoid the social effects they cause.

The seed wart is known by this name because of the tiny black dots that can be seen in the wart. These warts are gotten by coming in close contact with someone who has them, like using their towel. They don't come from seeds.
