I suppose it depends on the extent of the damage to your RCA dual alarm clock. Couple scenarios: you backed over your clock with your car--not fixable. A button broke off--probably fixable.
As with anything it would depend on the extent of the damage to the clock. However like with anything small it would just serve you better to buy another one.
You can fix it if you know how. But if you don't have experience with electronics and rewiring then you should just buy a new one. Or if it is physically damaged, buy a new one.
