If your gallbladder is not working like it should, bloating will occur. The gallbladder aides in digestion. Poor digestion causes bloating.

The gallbladder secretes bile, which helps digest fats. If bile secretion is being reduced or blocked by gallstones, poor digestion is the result and this can lead to bloating.

It is possible to feel bloated, if you have gallstones, then when you eat, heavy meals or greasy foods you may experience pain, nausea, a tightening in the chest below your right breast, but the pain may be in other areas as well. Pay attention to what you are eating and the effect it is having on you.

Absolutly it can cause bloating. Your gallbladder having an issue is going to cause your abdomine to enlarge. It is also going to cause pain.
