While dachsunds can survive outside, they are inside dogs. They are too small to fend off predators. You should not leave the dogs outside unattended.

It depends upon how cold it gets. Dachshunds do not especially mind the cold, but no dog can survive for long in freezing temperatures without shelter.

No, there is no possible way. Dachsunds are tiny animals with health problems and a thin fur coat. They will likely be dead within a hour or so.

They do not have more health problems than other dogs BUT they are NOT outside dogs and will probably die quickly. I say probably because I do have empirical proof --lol

it depends on what kind of Winter we're talking about. Generally I'd say no. They don't have enough hair. They will die
