Can a court take the pension of person found guilty of stealing estate funds after that person declared bankruptcy?

I'm not sure if pension funds can be attached.

If you've defrauded a government agency or embezzled real estate funds from a local resident you'll be unable to escape this legal action even if you've declared bankruptcy. Call a lawyer.

Pension funds are usually exempt in bankruptcy, but this does depend on state law as well. However, money owed due to fraud may not be discharged in bankruptcy.
