Book titles are a bit tricky. You can submit for copyright registration for the book itself, you'd submit the title of the book.

No. This makes it confusing to find the right book, and different books with the same title are often designated by their publication date. For example: Moon (1976) and Moon (2005).

Generally speaking, the title to a book cannot typically be copyrighted because it is not sufficiently unique. This would also be why company names do not receive copyright protection for their titles and names, they are trademarked. The title of a book would have to come close to a short poem or involve an artistic image of the title.

Yes a book title can by copyrighted. It is a simple process of filling out the paper work with the U. S. Copyright Office.
