If you are having headaches everyday I would be concerned now. It could be the onset of migraines, seasonal allergies or something more serious. Keep a log of your headaches, when they happen, how long they last and what relieves the pain and take it to your doctor.

You should consult your doctor for check-up to rule out possibility of space occupying lesion or serious illness. Red flag signs and symptoms will include early morning headache, any neurological deficit, any visual disturbances, nausea and vomiting. Chronic headache that suddenly changed its character and severity also warn urgent referral to the doctor.

If the headache you are suffering is getting more severe than you normally have you should seek doctor's advice. Other characteristics of headache you should be concerned about is when it worsened in the morning, associated with nausea and vomiting, any visual disturbance or if it associated with any neurological weakness which could be a sign of space occupying lesion.
