Cramps during pregnancy can be cause for concern, but may also be nothing. Try to relax, drink water, and put your feet up. Contact your doctor for peace of mind.

Some cramping is normal during pregnancy but if it is persistant and you're starting to spot, call your doctor immediately.

Your body is starting to stretch getting ready to have a baby, so some cramping is to be expected. Definately ask your doctor to check you out to make sure everything is okay with the baby.

This can be very normal. You will experience lots of different pain and sensations during pregnancy. You can always check with your OBGYN or midwife, however. If you experience any bright red bleeding or severe abdominal pain, pelvic pressure with lower back pain and contractions, then you should see your doctor right away.
