Utira-c is a combination drug commonly prescreibed by urologists for complaints of dysuria due to urinary tract infection. It has hyocinamine which is an atropine derivative and acts as an anti-spasmodic to relieve lower urinary tract symptoms like urgency, urinary spasms etc. The metanamine & methylene blue components have anti-bacteral properties while salicylate acts as an analgesic.

This medication is used to relieve discomfort, pain, frequent urges to urinate, and cramping/spasms of the urinary tract caused by an infection or a medical procedure. This product alone is not a cure for a serious urinary tract infection. If you have a bacterial infection, an antibiotic is usually prescribed to treat it. Consult your doctor for more details.
