Electric riding lawn mowers are available but are still fairly new to the market. With every new product there are things to watch out for. The only electric rider that I would consider is made by Ariens.

There are several electric riding lawn mowers on the market today. Powered by battery, they start instantly and never need an oil change, tune up, or spark plugs. There is no air or noise pollution output with electric mowers. You can find an electric riding mower by searching online or calling the local lawn maintenance retailer in your area.

I don't think there are any all electric riding mowers. What would you do with the electric cord? Their might be battery operated riding mowers, which would make more sense, but of you have a bid yard i would find out how long the battery charge is good for.

Yes; There are a few "electric riding mowers". They range in price from about $2,000 to $3,500 (and up). They are available. Apparently, way back in 1971, John Deere manufactured their "Model 90 Eletric Riding Mower"s. A better alternative is probably a robotic-lawn-mower. Yes there are actually many types of electric riding mowers that are available. They are basically running due to the battery that is in them. They don't make any noise and they are also very very good for the environment. I highly recommend you use them because they are very great.
