Unltrasound technicians are always in high demand, as the population continues to grow. There is likely a need in every city, but there will always be a greater necessity in the largest ones.

This depends on the area you are looking in. In bigger cities there are more ultrasound technicians needed than in smaller cities. It depends how many hospitals are in the area. This is a job that does pay a pretty good amount of money if you do decide to go into it.
