Their price is competive compared to other grillers such as gas or electricity. Being small in size makes them easy to transport, but it limits the amount of food that can be cooked at one time to serve a small family. They can be convenient and inexpensive and relatively easy to cook with.
I use a tabletop charcoal grill 2 times a year when I go camping, but they do not hold much the reason i use them is because they are cheap and I throw them away after my camping trips and get a new one each time.
